Many customers using POS cash register for the first time do not know how to use the cash register safely，So there are many touch screen pos that have suffered damage and are not working, it will influence shop daily working once  return to the manufacturer for maintenance ,So it is necessary to know how to use the pos correctly and safely, Following the principle of safe use of pos is the premise of ensuring the normal use of pos ,Then how to use ED- POS safely and correctly ?

12 points for attention in the use of ED-POS prodcuts:

1. Choose a flat, vibration-free countertop for the pos
2. The location of the cash register should be away from direct sunlight, the temperature notchange much, far away from water and dust less
3. Keep the posaway from strong electromagnetic fields
4. In areas or stores with poor grid quality, a regulated power supply should be provided to supply separate power to the pos
5. Please use the same power supply voltage as indicated on the nameplate on the back of the product, Otherwise the machine will be seriously damaged or not work,It is best not to share an outlet with other high-powered appliances that start frequently, Such as refrigerators, air conditioners and so on,Power sockets should also be located close to the posand easy to plug in, so that in case of emergency, the power can be cut off quickly
6. Do not violently vibrate, shake or hit the cash register
7. Avoid using the cash register at too high or low temperature, and avoid exposing the cash register to strong sunlight or high humidity
8. Do not plug or remove the live parts and peripherals of the cash register in the live state
9. When cleaning the cash register, do not wipe the machine with damp rags or chemicals. Such as: gasoline, diluent, etc
10. When the cash register breaks down, cut off the power immediately and stop using it. Do not disassemble or repair it without permission
11. Ensure that the cash register is not in contact with any liquid. Once this happens, please immediately remove the power plug and notify the relevant engineerto deal with it immediately
12. Improper replacement of the battery may cause an explosion hazard. Only use the same or equivalent type replacement recommended by the manufacturer. Always dispose of spent batteries according to manufacturer’s instructions
